1. Chilli Chapathi:
Ingredients – Spices, Onion, Tomato, Ginger-Garlic paste, Eggs or Veggies (according to your choice), salt, green chilli/chilli powder, and slice-cut chapati
Recipe: Add 3 tablespoons of oil, and add the spices like bay leaf, clove, cardamom, and star anise. Once the spices are crackling, add diced onions and the paste. Once the onions turn transparent, make a hole in the centre of the pan. Add a spoonful of oil, and pour the eggs into them. Wait and then mix so that you get quite large egg pieces. Now mix everything and add tomatoes. Wait for a minute and add salt with chilli powder. Mix well, and sprinkle some water. Wait for 2 mins, and add the slice of cut chapati. If you need to have it in roasted form, add some more oil and make them well-roasted. Else you can serve them after just giving a mix.
2. Chapati Roll:
This is an instant and easy-to-go recipe which can be served for both breakfast and lunch. Kids will make sure that their lunch box is empty with the chapati roll inside them.
Ingredients: Mayo/Ketchup, veggie patty or veg mix, cheese.
Recipe: Just place a chapati on a plate. Fold the chapati or roti into two, and spread mayo or ketchup according to your kid’s in-both sides. Now you can add the mix of your choice (veg or chicken).
For veg mix, just saute the veggies of your choice in the pan with a few drops of oil. Add salt, and chilli powder and give a good mix. Sprinkle some water and allow the veggies to get well cooked or even half-cooking would work.
Now place the veg mix over the chapati and spread the cheese over them. You can now roast them in tawa slowly so that the cheese gets well melted.
3. Roti Chips:

With Oven – Preheat to about 180 deg celsius for 10 mins. Cut the roti in the form of a triangle. Coat them on the mixture of ghee and chilli powder, and place them on microwave plates. Bake them for 10 mins to the maximum and your crispy chips are ready to be served.
